I am just back from a wonderful weekend. I got to see lots of old friends, have dinner with my son, and shop at the Nutcracker Market. I picked up a vintage demijohn at the Paul Michael Company booth. I loved it and thought it was well priced at $49. I have added a some hydrangea, but haven't gotten around to creating a vignette with it yet.
This afternoon, I saw a very similar one at Pottery Barn for $179.
I am no expert. Theirs may be older or have more value for another reason. All I know is that they are about the same size, color, and condition. So, I am feeling like a I got an amazing deal! If you know more about demijohns in wicker - please share!
