The room came with a faux brick wall. It's in the part of the room that is also the hallway to the bedrooms.
I knew it had potential.
We also had two bar stools left over from the kitchen in our last house. They were put in the game room on moving day. They provided extra seating, but looked a little lost without a bar. I began to look for a pub table to put with them. Everything I found was too big or too expensive (or both). When I did see a table that would work, it usually came as a set with two bar stools.
Then it occurred to me that we really just needed a shelf style table to put a couple of drinks down on. I searched the internet and came up with this one.

I found a wonderful handyman through Angie's List. (Again, no compensation was paid for this post). I had him fix a list of little problems around the house AND install this table. He actually used better bolts that the ones included in the kit to make sure it stays there.
