Framed Rabbits

Persistence pays off!
A while back, I searched Ebay for "rabbit oil painting."  I was hoping for something adorable with a beautiful frame to hang on a narrow wall at the base of our stairs.

I found exactly what I was looking for...

Except....the opening bid was too high for me.

I visited my cute little rabbit friends several times over the six days of bidding.

The bidding closed and I wondered where they had gone to live.

A few days later, I ran the same search.  I hoped there were some other adorable painted rabbits in a beautiful frame waiting for me (at a price I could afford).

There they were.  Apparently, they hadn't sold.  The opening bid was still high.  I let them go that time too.

Then,
A few days later, I tried again.
This time, there was no minimum opening bid.
There was a choice of "Buy it Now" or "Best Offer."

What did I have to lose?
I emailed my meager bid.
Guess what?  My bid was accepted the same day.

My rabbits arrived today!

They look just as perfect as I hoped they would.
