Christmas in the Family Room

 This year the Nativity Scene is set up under the cross wall.

Baby Jesus won't be added until Christmas.

The tree is done!

I'm loving the red plaid ribbon this year.

Our collection of ornaments is pretty eclectic.  There are lots of Santas, snowmen, angels, and nativities.  There are also treasures the kids made and souvenirs from vacations.  I mix in lots of the sparkled pine cones to give the tree a more cohesive look.   

 So far the mantel is pretty calm and quiet.  I think the elf from last year will be back...

but I'm not ready for him yet.
