I just returned from a fun day of shopping at First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX.
Our final (and best) stop of the day was Paul Michael's.
While I never decorate the house for Christmas before Thanksgiving,
walking around that amazing store definitely has me looking forward to it.
Here's a little of what I saw.
Nativities,
Snowmen,
Stockings,
Carolers,
White Christmas,
Angels,
Woodland friends,
And SO much more.
Would you believe that they even provide freshly baked cookies and drinks for shoppers?
There is still a little time to link up to Monday Social. We'd love to see what you've been doing on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or your blog.

How fun!!! I haven't been to Canton in YEARS!! That's too long!
ReplyDeleteTime for a visit!
DeleteHow fun! I don't decorate until after Thanksgiving either, but this year I'm finding that difficult. I'm anxious to get some cheer up in our home.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by, Melissa.
DeleteIt's so difficult shopping in a place like this, right? Especially during this time of year. Everything is so beautiful, and you just want to load up the truck and take it all home! LOL! Thank you for sharing your amazing visit, Eilis:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Cindy!
DeleteEilis, I love Paul Michaeal's. I first found their store in Lake Village, Arkansas while traveling through on our way to Orange Beach. I have also visited their store at Round Top. They have so many beautiful things. I have never been to Canton, but it is on my list of things to do. I hope that you have a great weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteNo matter how tired I am when leaving Canton, I always find a little more energy for a stop here on the way out!
DeleteEilis,
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun store in which to shop. You must be doing very well to walk around in Canton. One day we need to get our Texas blogger friends together for a shopping trip to Canton.
Judith
That would be fun!
DeleteEilis, I have seen the signs for this shop, on my way to/from Louisiana. I have always planned to make a stop; but, somehow, I've never gotten around to it. You have really put this on my priority list for my next trip! So much eye candy!
ReplyDeleteShenita, this is just some of their Christmas stuff. They also have a huge furniture store with all sorts of accessories. You would love it!
DeleteI've been there a few times and loved it! Yes those cookies and drinks are very inviting and allow you to walk around a little longer. Sustenance you know. :)
ReplyDeleteWell...you do walk it off there!
DeleteEilis,
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear one, for sharing this "magical" trip to Canton!
Christmas is my all time favorite holiday!
You have filled me with inspiring creative ideas!
Fondly,
Pat
So glad you stopped by, Pat.
DeleteWow, what a shop! Cookies and drinks were provided, too?? That is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI would love to go to this lovely shop-can you tell me where in Canton I might find it!
ReplyDeleteSo inspiring.
Jemma
Hi Jemma,
DeleteIt is on Trade Days Blvd., pretty close to 20. If you know where Laurie Anna's is, it is right across the street. Paul Michael's is always open, not just four days a month.
I love that store. The snowmen are darling. They may be a motif around here this year. I confess, I am a pre-Thanksgiving decorator.
ReplyDeleteThe snowman were very happy and photogenic!
DeleteI've been to Canton many times but never to this store...where is it? What a feast for the eyes!
ReplyDeleteHi Cecilia,
DeleteIt is on Trade Days Blvd. across from Laurie Anna's and not too far from 20. It is HUGE and lots of fun to shop in.
